2nd Engineer AWT required to join Windstar Cruises

Windstar Cruises are looking for a 2nd engineer with Advanced Wastewater Treatment Plant  experience  to join our fleet

The 2ND Engineer AWT will be assigned to vessels with Advanced Water Treatment Plants, and which will have for part of the year itineraries that will have the vessel sailing in environmentally sensitive areas such as Alaska / US waters and indeed in the Great Barrier Reef etc

Duties involve: 

• Promulgate a culture of safe and environmentally compliant operations throughout the vessel. 

• Manage and control the operation of the Advance Water Treatment Plant and other machinery space equipment as directed verifying compliance with Flag & Class and WSC company policies.

• Promptly actions work orders from AmosW fleet maintenance program
  
  2nd Engineer Unlimited III/2 , STCW's and seafarers ENG1 medical (or equivalent) required as a minimum.
  
  Previous cruise / passenger ship experience desired
  
  3/3 rotation
  
  Paid in GBP / USD
