The Restaurant Manager is in charge of restaurants, bars and overall service of food and beverage on the ship and outside the ship. He/She is responsible for the service of food and beverages, the labour related matters and the logistics of culinary events. Establishes work schedules and working routines, supervises that the standard procedures are followed in all food outlets and further is responsible for all administrative work involved to the role. The restaurant manager is an instrumental contact to the passengers and is responsible for the training of each new crew member. He is ultimately the number one of the restaurants and beverage operation.
Rotation : 4 Months on / 2 Months Off
Start date ASAP
Certificates required: Valid STCW Basic Safety Certificate, Seafarers medical, Valid Passport, Valid Schengen and C1 /D Visa
