Ben has over 20 years experience in web and software development. Having started as a junior web developer in an Internet Service Provider, he worked through various development agencies, a fulfilment business and a newspaper before developing a cloud payroll system which now forms the base of our crew employment arm. With his team of developers, Ben ensures that everything IT is as efficient, automated and reliable as it can be.
