? The bartender is responsible for the smooth running of his assigned bar
? The bartender is a host in the bar assigned to him and always exemplifies the willingness to
serve the guest
? Direct report to the Public Room Manager and Supervisor of the subordinate position
o Chef de Rang
o Commis de Rang
o GPA
? Responsible for guest satisfaction in the bar assigned to him/her
? Friendly and efficient handling of guest complaints related to service & kitchen quality,
ensuring guest satisfaction at all times and ensuring all guest complaints and comments are
relayed to the Public Room Manager in charge
? Responsible for being aware of all wine, bar & menu components & the specials offered in
the respective bars
? Responsible for making beverage recommendations to the guest
? Responsible for taking orders and expertly presenting & serving to guest
? Responsible for mise en place & set-up work in assigned bar prior to start of service
? Responsible for basic cleanliness in the assigned bar
? Responsible for rework in the assigned bar and the execution of daily cleaning tasks
? Implementation of booking procedures and the related administrative activities in close
cooperation with the Asst. Maitre d' Hotel
? Daily review of the F&B "set-up's" in the outlets & on deck
? Create, review and forward food, beverage and hotel store orders for the above-mentioned
area of responsibility according to the given budgets and in close cooperation with the HIC |

? Monitor & evaluate inventory processes & results for the above-mentioned area of
responsibility and develop processes to improve efficiency. Apply Now
