- Yacht Master preferred
- Ideally holding a Yacht Rating/Watch Rating
- B1B2 with minimum 6 months validity remaining
- STCW, PDSD and ENG1
- Minimum of 1 year onboard 50M+ yachts
- Excellent references from previous positions
- No visible tattoos
