Sole Chef needed for 40M Explorer yacht

Start date: beginning of March

Qualifications needed: ENG1 Medical Certifiate, Food Safety / Hygiene Level 2
STCW Basic Safety

Cuisine preference-  Mediterranean, Vegetarian, Mexican

Candidates should be trained and with experience working at Michelin star restaurant level, fine dining
Proven longevity in previous positions with prior yachting experience essential.
Confident with remote provisioning and adapting menus in off?grid cruising locations.
Excellent organisation and cleanliness; able to maintain a spotless galley to audit-ready standards.
Calm, self-sufficient, and adaptable
Strong communication with Captain and Chief Stewardess for planning and provisioning.
High standards of professionalism, positive attitude, team player,

Package on offer: EUR salary  - 44 days leave/annum

male candidates only due to shared cabin arrangements onboard
