The client is looking for a discreet, calm, clean and professional Chef with very high standards. The client likes fresh, healthy and simple food, served with exceptional ingredients. The owner enjoys being involved in the galley so the Chef needs to be comfortable and open to this collaboration. The Chef might have to cook in the owners residencies as well.
