This spring will see a number of significant promotions at Viking Crew (part of Viking Maritime Group), moving key personnel into figurehead roles.
Paul Rutterford, with over 10 years tenure with Viking Crew (formally Viking Recruitment) has been appointed Operations Director and will take the vital role and oversee all placement, management and deployment under Viking Crew. He will sit alongside the other Viking Maritime Group business leaders, Don Millar, Operations Director of Chiltern Maritime and Mark Jaenicke, Training & Performance Director of The Maritime Skills Academy.
Paul Rutterford has assisted with significant company strategies during his time and he has further developed the expansion of crewing services to the cruise and yacht markets including being an integral part of the growth of Viking Crew into the United States.
Additionally Rebecca Adams has been promoted to Placement Manager. She will be overseeing all cruise and yacht recruitment functions, including the Viking Crew team of placement consultants and the network of global hiring partners.
Further promotions see Louise Hunter appointed as Yacht Operations Manager. She is an integral part of the crewing services working on the expansion of crew management and services offered in the US and Caribbean yachting markets.
Also Jessica Dickson is appointed as Assistant Placement Manager, who will primarily leads the cruise placement team and will be supporting Rebecca Adams with the daily management of our portfolio of international clients.
