On the 19th January, the Viking Crew placement team interviewed the UKSA Yacht Cadets who are completing their first college phase and looking to secure their first opportunity working in the Super Yacht Industry.
Over 30 cadets were screened by our team with Cadets coming from a variety of different backgrounds and experience.
Viking Crew will be working closely with our clients to assist them in finding their sea time with our green crew pathway initiative.
