Receptionist required to join Windstar Cruises
Windstar Cruises are currently looking for a receptionist to join their fleet.
Suitable candidates should have previous experience on cruise lines in a customer facing role.
Summary: Assist Guests with routine queries and where possible, provide resolution to problems. Act as central point of reference for shipboard information and services offered to guests. Facilitate the flow of information to departments in order to ensure awareness of guest issues and assist in resolving any problems. Assume personal responsibility for safety and the environment. Be accountable for themselves and the safety of others in their vicinity.
Valid STCW Certification, Covid-19 Fully Vaccinated, and valid C1/D Visa are required for this position.
Rotation is 6 months on, 2 months off
Salary paid in USD, whilst on board.
