Sous Chef needed for 70M support yacht

Sous Chef required for 70M support yacht to a 100M private yacht.

We are looking for a team-orientated Chef to join the galley team to prepare fresh & healthy meals for the crew.

Key responsibilities will be: Bread Baking, Work alongside one other galley team member to prepare meals, Cater to dietary needs including vegetarian, gluten-free, and dairy-free options, Maintain cleanliness and organization of the galley, fridges, and freezers
Handle provisioning, stock rotation, Assisting with guest food prep – dependent on the main yacht.

Package on offer:
USD salary - time for time rotation

Start date: 11th June

Requirements: B1/B2 visa in hand ,up-to-date certifications, including Seafarer medical, PDSD, Food Safety & Hygiene Level 3, Ships Cook certificate, Discharge book.

Male candidates only due to shared cabin arrangements onboard
