Sous Chef - 100m+ Motor Yacht
Viking Crew are looking for a Sous Chef to join a 100M+ Motor yacht with a worldwide cruising itinerary.Â
Responsibilities:

      Support the Head Chef in all aspects of galley operations.

      Support the Head Chef in all aspects of galley operations.
- Prepare and present high-quality cuisine across a variety of international styles.
- Assist with provisioning, stock control, and inventory management.
- Ensure impeccable food safety and hygiene standards are maintained at all times.
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Sous Chef on an 70M+ yacht
- Excellent knowledge of international cuisine and dietary requirements.
- Ability to perform under pressure and adapt to changing schedules
- Valid STCW, Food Safety & Hygiene Certificate, and Seafarer's Medical (ENG1 or equivalent).
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Euro salary.
- 4/2 rotationÂ
