Sous Chef - 100m+ Motor Yacht

Viking Crew are looking for a Sous Chef to join a 100M+ Motor yacht with a worldwide cruising itinerary.  Responsibilities:
 
           Support the Head Chef in all aspects of galley operations.
  • Prepare and present high-quality cuisine across a variety of international styles.
  • Assist with provisioning, stock control, and inventory management.
  • Ensure impeccable food safety and hygiene standards are maintained at all times.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year experience as a Sous Chef on an 70M+ yacht
  • Excellent knowledge of international cuisine and dietary requirements.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and adapt to changing schedules
  • Valid STCW, Food Safety & Hygiene Certificate, and Seafarer's Medical (ENG1 or equivalent).
  • Fluent English communication skills.
Package
  • Euro salary.
  • 4/2 rotation 
Male only due to cabin arrangements
