Demi Chef de Partie- Pastry required for Windstar Cruises
Windstar Cruises are looking to recruit a professional Demi Chef De Partie- Pastry!
As a Demi Chef de Partie Pastry, you will be a part of our exciting, luxury, multi-unit, shipboard pastry operation. In your role, you are responsible for the preparation of the established quality of food for service to guests and crew alike.
Must possess a formal qualification in Pastry Arts from a recognized culinary training institution or at least five years of pastry experience in a quality establishment with at least two years of experience as Demi Chef de Partie Pastry. Must have recent experience in quality volume production and possesses strong knowledge/expertise of Pastry Arts.
Seafarers Medical / STCW will be required along with C1/D Visa.
Rotation is 6 months on, 2 months off. Salary paid in US Dollars, whilst on board.
