Estate Manager required for private residences based in Europe

This role requires UHNW household experience, or a luxury hospitality/yachting background, with proven ability to anticipate needs, standardise operations, and manage staff with professionalism and discretion.

Key responsibilities:
  • Operational command
  • Maintenance
  • Provisioning
  • Recruitment
  • Wardrobe management

Candidates should have a background as either:
  • Estate/Household manager for UHNW families
  • Purser or Chief Steward(ess) on large yachts
  • Senior leader in luxury 5-star hotels (Executive Housekeeper, Rooms Division Manager, Director of Guest Services, Head Butler, Assistant Hotel Manager.)

Candidates should be highly proactive, anticipatory, discreet and accustomed to confidentiality. They should also hold excellent problem solving skills, be resourceful and self-sufficient. Candidates should also be flexible and willing to travel across Europe.

Required languages: English and Italian (Spanish is an advantage)
