Job Overview:
Successful candidates will be responsible for safely operating and maintaining the yacht’s tenders, ensuring seamless guest transfers, and supporting water-based activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate the yacht’s tenders for guest transfers, water sports, and shore excursions.
- Ensure tenders are maintained, fuelled, and in pristine condition always.
- Assist with guest safety briefings and provide exceptional service during tender operations.
- Support the deck team with general duties, including mooring, cleaning, and maintenance as required.
Requirements:
- Valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate.
- Yacht master 200gt or equivalent
- Minimum 1–2 years’ experience operating tenders or small vessels, preferably on superyachts.
- Strong knowledge of Mediterranean waters and ports (preferred).
- Excellent navigation, seamanship, and boat-handling skills.
- Professional demeanour with a guest-focused attitude.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Valid ENG1 medical certificate (or equivalent).
