Preference given to candidates in New Zealand, Australia and Pacific Islands. Some sailing experience (even recreational) would be an advantage but not essential
This position is not suitable for completely green crewmembers, at least 1 seasons experience will be needed.
Can be seasonal or permanent, by mutual agreement, Pacific cruising for the next few months then heading back to the Northern hemisphere
