Requirements:
Requirements:
- Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in the maritime industry, 2 of which were in leadership roles within ship or crew management
- Significant experience in seafarer recruitment, qualifications and training
- Experience with offshore employment structures and working with payroll administrators and crewing agencies
- Knowledge of international maritime regulations
- IT literate and good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Preferably holding a CIPD level 5 or an equivalent HR qualification
