We’re seeking a dynamic, hands-on, and enthusiastic Stewardess/Deckhand to join a well-maintained 40m private sailing yacht. This is a dual role, perfect for someone who loves variety and has a genuine passion for sailing and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

Interior upkeep, guest service, and housekeeping
Assisting on deck: lines, fenders, sailing maneuvers, washdowns, tender driving.
Supporting the Captain and crew with general duties and guest activities.

Ideal Candidate:

Prior experience in a similar dual role.
Strong sailing knowledge or enthusiasm to learn quickly.

Requirements:

STCW
ENG1
Sailing experience or strong interest in sailing
Right to work in Australia/New Zealand a must.

What We Offer:

Competitive salary DOE
40 days leave.

Female only due to cabin arrangements.
Candidates in Australia/New Zealand preferred.
